Required Information For Reference Check
- Full name, date of birth, nationality
- Address history for the past 3 years
- Proof of address: bank, credit card or mobile phone statement
- Details of income sources and employer
- Details of the bank account to be used to pay the rent
- Credit/debit card details
- Emergency contact details
- Name of previous landlord/managing agent (if any)
- Contact details of character reference
- Students will need to provide proof of student status
Landlords
There are a number of expenditures associated with renting a property. This is our guide to the information and costs a landlord needs to consider.
We reserve the right to amend our fees given reasonable prior notice.
Letting
- Let only 9%
- Renewal on first 2 years 8%
- Continuation after renewals 6%
- Let and rent collection 11%
- Renewal on first 2 years 8%

Full Management
- 1-2 properties 5%
- 3-4 properties 4%
- 5 or more properties 3%
- Renewal / continuation period 3%
Tenancy Fees
This is a fixed cost fee which covers a variety of works depending on the circumstances of each tenancy. It includes negotiating the tenancy, references, checking right to rent and drawing up contracts.
